9/11 Memorial Stair Climb Hosted by Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital & Moss Rehab Institute for Brain Health

On September 11, 2026, starting at 10:45 am, Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital and Jefferson Moss Rehab Institute for Brain Health (which treats veterans, national guard and first-responders with Traumatic Brain Injury) will host members of the Cherry Hill Fire Department, Cherry Hill Police Department, and members of the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) at Cherry Hill High School West for a 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb.

Participants will be climbing 1067 steps, which is the amount of first responders that were killed on 9/11, as well as the ones that have since passed away from 9/11 related illness. The amount of steps equals approximately 60 flights, so participants plan on going from the 1st to the 6th floor of the hospital building, resulting in going up 5 times and down 5 times.

Hocus Pocus Speakeasy Pop-Up to Debut in for Spooky Season

Double, double toil and trouble. Fire burn and caldron bubble. Without a Cue Productions and Pops McCann Whiskey will put a spell on you with the debut of the first Hocus Pocus Speakeasy in Montgomery County, outside Philadelphia. This first-ever suburban seasonal pop-up will feature eight bewitchingly boozy weeks of mayhem, mixology and mischief. This new spooky playground will start on September 12 through November 8, 2026 at Montgomery Mall in North Wales, in the former location of Hot Topic (rumored to be haunted by the ghost of teen spirits). Every Saturday at 7:00pm and Sunday at 3:00pm, look for a special Hocus Pocus Experience with the Sanderson Sisters. These wickedly interactive weekly events will feature spellbinding performances, games and access to decorations, photo opportunities and theme “potions.” On Freaky Fridays during the run, look for broom making, cabarets and theme nights, such as Hocus Pocus Bingo, Hocus Pocus Broom Academy, Dirty Potter, Mrs. Roper Romp Bingo, Burlesque Bingo and other special events. Manayunk Throws Giant Family Watch Party

 After nearly a decade away, professional cycling returns to Philadelphia and to one of the most famous climbs in America. After debuting in 1985 and pausing in 2016, the Philadelphia Cycling Classic has been brought back to life by Race Street Partners. Manayunk Development Corporation applauds the relaunch and announces the Manayunk Family Watch Party – a giant family-friendly celebration to cheer on the elite bikers as they make the famous turn and head up the most iconic hill in American road racing. On Sunday, August 30, 2026, get ready to reignite a tradition that put Manayunk on the map and defined the neighborhood for generations. The all ages, all day celebration will take place at Main and Levering streets from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Look for activities for cyclists, families, friends, neighbors and curious onlookers. After a 10-year hiatus, the 14.4-mile Philadelphia Cycling Classic zooms back into the city this August. 

The main event — set for Sunday, August 30, 2026 — features elite athletes in both women’s and men’s races throughout Northwest Philly. In years past, the event has drawn thousands of spectators who create a day-long and route-long street party to cheer on the cyclists.

Fall Arts Festival Returns to Bucks County 

New Hope, PA – Celebrate fall in Bucks County with one of the region’s largest arts shows and outdoor festivals. The Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce presents the 32nd Annual New Hope Arts and Crafts Festival on Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27, 2026, at New Hope–Solebury High School, 180 W. Bridge Street, in New Hope, Pennsylvania. More than 160 juried fine artists and craftspeople will exhibit works across media including oil paintings, watercolors, pastels, sculpture, fine and fun jewelry, ceramics, woodwork, fiber, wearable art, glass, photography, outsider art, mixed media, and more. The weekend will also feature food trucks, live music throughout both days, kids’ activities, and hands-on demonstrations. Musical entertainment will set the soundtrack for a weekend filled with creativity and community spirit. Food vendors will include Aroi Mango, Coastal Flavors, Viva Mexico, Justin’s Joint, Nessie Tea and Traveling Tom’s Coffee.  Admission is a five dollar donation.
